At the recent DEG EnTech Symposium, Holly Leff-Pressman, Chief Client Engagement Officer at Screen Engine/ASI, moderated a critical discussion titled “Perspective: Navigating the Legal Landscape of AI in Digital Entertainment.” She was joined by Daniel Goldberg and Jeremy S. Goldman from Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz PC, who explored the legal challenges posed by AI technology in our industry.

Ben Spergel, SVP of Syndicated Tracking, described AI in entertainment law as “the Wild West,” highlighting the early stages of managing and regulating AI, particularly concerning intellectual property. “Holly put on her ‘lawyer’ hat for this one!” Ben noted.

Christina Parish and Katie Ruben from Screen Engine/ASI were also in attendance.
